which hav different part name

as i m from India which part number is suitable to me...
i going to purches any one of the above...

Those are very different boards with different FPGAs. One has Spartan-3, the other has Spartan-3E. You can read about them on the Xilinx web site:

Xilinx use to sell different kits for different countries. In the part number, "UK" means it has a power supply/cord for that country. Now, instead of selling multiple versions, Xilinx sells a universal "UNI" version that includes power adapters for several countries.
