can i use ethernet module with fpga and can i use EDK tool to configure this ethernet.

You will find a few tutorials online for EDK, here is a good one:

On that site, there are tutorials for developing PowerPC projects and creating peripherals. All tutorials walk you through the design from scratch and you end up with a working implementation, rather than a simulation.
