My technique is to prepare a plan,write short notes than finaly write paragraphs. Unfortunately I progress very slowly seen my poor english and lack of experience in writing.

Could you please share your tips for Writing nice papers and article ?
How do you proceed ?

I suggest to write on anything the first step is to build your vocabulary.... language....
read articles .... as much as yo7u can on the topics you want to write... slowly you will develop the knack for sure....
