I want to design a Wide Swing Folded Cascode OTA by Hspice as shown in the schematic.
the design features are according the table.
Can sb Plz help me to start hand calculation.
I need some one to give me a good point and starting steps .

Hi,

Well first start with your GBW spec, which is 500MHz, so gm/(2pi*Cc)=500MHz or CL in your case will give you your min-gm. This gives you the starting current. You should have had some kinda of Load required for you amplifier to drive.....
