When design ldo regulator

a rhp pole occured,

Why did it happen? and how to cancel it?

Thanks!

Re: problem about ldo

Do you use PMOS pass device?
You can use simulator to find where the RHP pole is and find the reason,or analyse each stage to find the RHP pole by theory, then you can get the solution.

Re: problem about ldo

Here is a good reference of LDO regulator.
