I really didn't understand your structure. There are lots of material difficult of understand. did you follow any paper or reference? If so, upload that. otherwise explain your structure.
The way you have set it up, the structure is too complicated, the mesh needed is too large, and there is not enough memory to do the simulation.
You should unite all the dielectric layers into one layer whose dielectric constant is a weighted average of the others.
You should make the air box about 4 times smaller (in the X and Y dimensions), it is much bigger than you need which causes unnecessary calculations.
Those changes should make the simulation finish.
However the results will still be wrong. You should make the airbox several times thicker (Z direction), and move the airbox so the loop is in the middle rather than on the edge of it. And maybe think about changing the size and type of the port.
