who can give me a oscillator generating a 10M-20Mhz clock?

hi

i'm working on a led driver chip. i need a oscillator that can generate a 10M-20Mhz clock. i'm not familiar with the osc circuit so i want a schematic about the osc circuit. and if anyone can tell me the key requirement about the osc, for example for a osc, what is the most important parameter? i will very appreciate :)
