Which WiFi card has driver in C and flash memory?

All wifi cards are low cost.

I guess you want to connect a wifi card to a microcontroller or small processor instead of a PC?

This will not be easy. It would probably be better to use an old 16bit pcmcia card rarther than a 32bit cardbus card. Most of the wifi cards for laptops that are on sale at the moment are 32bit cards. Cardbus
cards have a gold strip with little bumps on the end of the card where it plugs in, whereas non Cardbus cards have silver strip or no strip and are completely flat.

Linux has drivers for some types of wifi card.
Maybe you could use uclinux
