Hi, I have started to work with FPGA's

I have a Spartan 3 kit availabale


I had done some examples .....

Now I want to move to this stuff like Constraints and Post P & R Routing

Can any body help me by refering some material

Book / link

Where should I start ... what do I need to study next and what should I practice
