Xilinx V2Pro FPGA flaw!
A few time ago I ordered from Xilinx a few units of XC2VP7-6FF672.
Got the chips but a few days after Xilinx reported a flaw in the BGA solder balls, on some chip batches, which emmit alpha particles that may toggle cells programming after at least 300 h of continuous use.
They assured a part replacement but only by the end of June!
Help! my project is stalled, does anyone knows where to acquire ten units of this chip? Any help is much, much appreciated.
