Deep Nwell can be used for High Voltage MOS too.
 

Deep N well is used to create isolated NMOS structure. In fact it is just a deep N - diffusion (few um bellow the surface) which is connected through N-well to VDD and incide it you have island of P substrate. That way you isolate device from external interference
 

Deep N Well is chosen for forward body bias, too.
