Guys,

I'm wondering,
what's the button being used for Q-touch ?
is it LCD with touch screen ability or something else ?
any links or ideas will be appreciated,

Thanks

Q-touch is capacitive sensing. There's a pad who's capacitance is constantly monitored. Touch it (or even come close to it) and the capacitance changes, the software notices and flags this as a 'touch'.

What's the component for this "capasitive sensing" ?
thanks

Q-touch is the capacitive touch solution from Atmel. Other vendors have their own cap sensing application. Basically, it's a 'regular' microcontroller that runs code for the touching stuff. In addition, Atmel also has stand alone sensors for touch sensors if you prefer.

Read all about it!
