In Electronics and Semiconductor Devices:

First you will learn about the physics of semiconductors, PN junctions, and their physical properties.

then you will use your acquired knowledge to obtain the Voltage-Current formulations of devices like diods, BJT, MOS,...

Can you tell me more details or give examples about physics of semiconductors ?
Does physics of semiconductors relate to Quantum Mechanics ?

And What is PN junctions ?
