What kind of sensor is this ? and how can I use ?

If your Arduino interrupt is level sensitive rather than edge sensitive, the best solution is to invert the output of the comparator. You can use the other half of the LM393 to do that or add a transistor at the output ot invert it or even rewire the existing circuit to work 'upside down'.
