what kind of logic to choose?

the PMOS transistor pass strong 1 weak 0
the NMOS transistor pass strong 0 weak1
If I want pass a signal which is between 1 and 0, which logic circuit shoule I use?
 

If the question is if you want to pass '1' and '0' well then I think you have to use CMOS.

didnt get what do you mean by signal between '1' and '0'. We are talking about digital circuit right?
 

Use pmos and nmos in parallel to form a pass gate, and you will be able to pass either 1 or 0, and any value in between.
 

Yes, pass gates or trasmission gates are non-restoring circuit and it will pass what ever it gets in the input. Please find the attached image of trasmission gates.
