Hi.

I found ncelab script like this.

ncelab -logfile ./log/ \
-SNAPSHOT tb_all \
-work tb_elab \
tb_com.TEST_TOP \
...

At here, what is this tb_com.TEST_TOP \?

Are you aware of TCL scripts use in front end VLSI design?

Is that TCL script?

Is that tcl script?

Looks to me like some commands used within a TCL script.

Please refer to the Cadence command reference manual for details, read it, take some time and do some investigation.

The -logfile, -SNAPSHOT and -work looks like various switches for the ncelab command.
The "tb_com.TEST_TOP" looks like some top-level test bench....but I cannot comment on such things, it is not my design, it is your design and you should be aware of what you are using.
