I have worked with VDSP++ 2 and 3: is a nice IDE (not at the same level of Code composer for TI processors) but VDSP++ 2 has a lot of bug. Currently I'm using the trial version of VDSP++ 3 and it seems that many bugs have been fixed but still there is something to be improved.
By the way try it, is very nice.
