What is the standard RFID chip size (gate count)?

can anyoen brief me RFID chip size....gate count.......its completely of anolog designing...??

i have done only the 3 sub circuits of RFID........there it coming around 60 gates.....??

can anyone tell how it could b in whole....also its size.....??

I guess that widely depends on your design and application.
I've once used an active RFID chip with over 500 gates with a mix of analog and digital.

But if the design and applications are basic and simple you may come up with a design that used in all less than 100 gates.
