This is what the circuit schematic?
Unfortunately, our teacher did not provide additional information

DC drive. The circuit after IC1A is fast response switch. IC1A is PWM generator, duty cycle controlled by IN 1. IN 2 is enable/disable control.
 

The section on the right is just a large voltage amplifier. As for the part on the left, I can't really tell without knowing specific component values.
