Hi All,
Can anyone tell me what is the usage of SpectreS.
What is the difference between it and Spectre RF and can I use it to Characterize VCO and PLL ?

What about Ultrasim ?

SpectreS is not supported any more. It is simply the Spice compatible netlist version of Spectre. Cadence supported in the past native Spectre and the spice compatible SpectreS. The program is the same only the Framework netlister and call functions are different for SpectreS.

I think SpectreS support is broken with IC5.
