Re: Monte carlo analysis

The features of the Monte Carlo Analysis Tool include:
1. Multiple simulation tool using a larger number of samples.
2. Uses a statistical approcah to evaluate the performance of a design.
3. Emulates the variations in model parameters due to process tolerances.
4. Very useful in finding problem areas.
5. Used to predict process yield.

Re: Monte carlo analysis

Hi,

Normally the no of samples of the design for a design parameter value should be a Gaussian curve. If the parameter in monte carlo analysis does not come out to be Gaussian, then the design has to be recentered.
