What are these ICs?

In the frequency counter, there are the two chips:
The first chip: S 10125N FFS7875 8927VK

The second chip: PSSR SP9680 .8919A

What are these ICs?

Where may I find their data sheets?

The sp9680 is a very old prescaler, I think it was made by Plessey.
