I am having a bluetooth and an FM radio on the same 65nm die, but it seems ther FM loses channel whenever the bluetooth
power amplifier is switched on.. What kind of temperature change can one expect from the switch on of PA?

Is that kind of temperature change well known or design dependent?

This has nothing to do with temperature. I think this is design dependent. Possible reason could be switching on Bluetooth, switch off FM radio.

Oh I see. The troubleshoot report was telling that the temperature variation from the PA caused the FM PLL/VCO to unlock. If that were true, what kind of
temperature variation should the PLL be able to cope in an industrial design (non-mil)?
