What are the layout constraints as you move from 65nm to 45nm?

explain in proper way.

means in RF design we are not think about area as compared to target specification.
imp given to parameters not area (as much) .

Do u mean to say - what are the layout constraints as u move from 65nm to 45nm ?, if so then

Leakage is a very big issue and u should have methods to reduce the same
