Capacitors are also used for de-coupling in the supply circuit.

The capacitors behave as a short circuit when the frequency is highest. When a signal which has very much frequency come to the circuit it flow tto the ground, so I can say the capacitors in the circuit role a save the circuit. Zc = 1/(jwC) w--->frequuency
