Voltstorm is not loading any current data!

help needed voltstorm

Hello,

Iam running voltstorm with instance power file, and the instsnce power file has 0 watts for 85% of instances, since iam converting a simulation output to instsnce power file, the simulation period is for 20ns, and all of the instances may not draw power. The problem is the voltstorm is not loading any current data and iam unable to see the IR drop values.

Iam extremely thankful if anybody help me out of this.
