Hi,
I want to know if it is possible to set the current flowing in a layer using the constraint manager?
I would like the software prevents widths weak track.

Hi,
The schematic XL constraint manager has the option to specify current flow for a particular terminal of a device which means the metal connection to the terminal.. so according to me there is a possibility to mention current flow in the metal only.. not layers.. because in schematic.. it doesn' mattter whether it is a layer or metal.. it just considers it as a terminal.

And if you need width spec means you have to use process rule editor.. which has the access for the width spacing specifications...

Can you explain how you setting the constraint manager ?

Hi,

Yeah.. in schematic XL if you want to specify current flowing in a terminal.. you just click that terminal and choose Electrical constraints.. from constraint manager.. and by doing this you can specify the current.. in schematic XL..
