Varactor DRC error

Hi all,

I am working on the layout of a VCO. I use a varactor pc-cell named varcap provided by tsmc 0.25 PDK. But DRC always reports errors like "NMOS to Pwell contact max 20um" and "NMOS must be outside Nwell" even I put nothing but the varactor pc-cell alone. I couldn't figure it out.

Anyone have experierence with that?

Varactor DRC error

This should be a false error. You may waive it.

Varactor DRC error

You should check your DRC deck and found which case report this type of error.
