users ICD2 and MPLAB 6.60 pls. help me

After trying Program my Target I recieve messege:

Programming Target...
...Erasing Part
...Programming Program Memory (0x0 - 0xAFF)
Verifying...
...Program Memory
ICD0161: Verify failed (MemType = Program, Address = 0x0, Expected Val = 0xEFB0, Val Read = 0xFFFF)
ICD0275: Programming failed.
MPLAB ICD 2 Ready
Setting Vdd source to target

After Power off of PIC (non ICD2), and then power on I program and

->

Programming Target...
...Erasing Part
...Programming Program Memory (0x0 - 0xAFF)
Verifying...
...Program Memory
...Verify Succeeded
Programming Configuration Bits
.. Config Memory
Verifying configuration memory...
...Verify Succeeded
...Programming succeeded
MPLAB ICD 2 Ready

Anybody can tell me what is that?
 

Hi
You should press "Connect" button before a new program chip. It's a Synchronize memory for ICD2 and MPLAP.
I usually program with "connect" adding and very good with MPLAP 6.30
