Usb type c input and output power delivery

Hello ,
i want to design a schematic for 5v to 12v converter and i want to use as an input usb type c and as a an output a usb type B only for power delivery is and im not sure if this connections is enought to do the work

Your schematic is a self-oscillating boost converter. It might do the job although it is likely to be unstable (erratic as in working or not woking). The load makes a big difference as to whether it operates properly. Notice that a boost converter with no load might rise to alarmingly high volt levels in a fraction of a second.

And what amount of Amperes at 12V do you desire? Then you must input 3 times that amount of Amperes at 5V. Can you be sure the C-port will give you that much current? Does it require a protocol known as enumeration?

Capacitor-operated voltage multipliers are predictable and easier to experiment with. Did you rule out that type of converter?

.. or a boost converter...

Using a boost converter IC reduces part count, while it´s output voltage is more accurate, will have less thermal drift and less drift on load current.
They often come with useful features like soft-start and current limit. (to protect the "C-side" PC/laptop ... from getting killed)

Even ready to buy modules are available.

It's a bad idea to supply 12V unconditionally to Vbus, risk of damaging other USB devices. USB PD standard provides a protocol for negotiation of Vbus.

What's the current demand?
