SMPS FEEDBACK USING TL431 AND BC817

Hello ı have a SMPS 900W 110 volt output voltage and 8,11 Amper output current but I do not have a feedback circuit and I constantly see feedback circuits with TL431 and 817, but can I use the feedback circuit below? I would be very happy if you could help me.
