USB host controller

Hi

I need to deveolp a USB Host controller, i have not worked in USB protocol, Could any1 suggest some good reference design or paper to kick off

USB protocol is complicated to verify!

USB protocol itself is very complex to design and verify. First of all you need to learn about USB protocol which available in www.usb.org. After that you can move ahead with your requirements.
