urgent : IBIS model generation

How can i generate IBIS model ver 4.1 using hspice ? any document ?

Need to generate IBIS model for our digital IC. I do
not have IBIS models for the IO drivers used in the
chip. I have spice model & CDL netlist for the IO drivers.
I also have package parasitics (R,L,C) for each pin.

There is a s2ibis software by North Carolina State University to do so. It will automatically run hspice and convert the V/I characteristics into IBIS format. Check out the software here.

Thanks for your interest in IBIS! Are there particular IBIS 4.1 features that you need (for example, links to Verilog-AMS or VHDL-AMS)? Please keep in mind that most SPICE-to-IBIS conversion tools including S2IBIS3, will only generate "classic" IBIS 3.2 constructs and not *-AMS links or even IBIS 4.0 additions.

As a side-note, I recommend ICM 1.1 for distributing the package information.
