tutorial umts modeling opnet

hi
i'm trying to simulate networks (wireless network)in opnet.
i need tutorial or model about UMTS, MANET(DSR,AODV), RELAYING working with opnet. please help me to find a model, and tutorial for opnet. i need this urgently.
