Hi To all,

Please help me to complete my design. Am new for Higher end Electronics.
TIll now i have been working on Flyback designs only.

So, now we are planning to design inverters from range 300VA to 1000VA.

At initial stage am starting design 300VA Inverter using 12V 50AH batteries.

Please help me its very very urgent.

I need this total design within one week.

Please it is a life and death issue for me.

Thanks in advance.

Awaiting for reply.

Thank u Sir,

But in that thread i didn't find the solution.

All the people are saying that design is having lot of problems.

And also i don't have knowledge about micro controllers.
So please tell me the possible solutions.

hi krithik ,
i can help u in ur design , first of all make a circuit that converts 12v to 311v with regulated output , are u familiar with that?

Circuit is working fine except charging topology.
Charging current is constant and can adjust with trim pot.
At 13.8 or 14v of battery you can shut down battery charging.
And capable for 500 watt load.
@BawA.

I think you are saying smps type inverter with ferrite core transformer.
These types of inverters are with 2 stages.
1=dc-dc converters with 40 to 100khz from 12 to 311v dc.
And then 311v dc to 220v ac.

Ya exactly pnjbtr, I m talking about 2 stage inverter.

Dear Bawa(pandey),
I need Ferrite core type design like pnjbtr saying.

But the out put should be 230VAC with 50Hz .

Frankly am saying that this is new for me.

I don't have any idea about the concepts of inverter.

Please send me the ckt with fully working condition.

Please help me.
This is life and death issue for my job,.

Please Please.
Any one please help me with compleet solution.
It should not be a Micro Controller Design.

Please .. Pleae

Dear Sir,

I dont have knowledge about micro controllers.

So i need smps based design with pure sine wave out out.

But am not familiar with HAlf Bridge topology.

Even i dont know the basics also for inverter.

SO, please give me the compleet solution and let me know the method of designing.

Awaiting for Your response.

Construct a DC-DC step up circuit first. Since you want a pure sine wave output, the DC-DC converter stage should have an output voltage slightly higher than 311V. You need this to be regulated. This DC-DC converter can be made using SG3525 as the controller and by using 2 MOSFETs in push-pull configuration. To reduce losses, you might want to parallel more MOSFETs. Use feedback circuitry for output voltage regulation.

Then, you need a full-bridge circuit to convert the high voltage DC to AC sine wave. For obtaining sine wave output, you should use a microcontroller and employ sinusoidal pulse width modulation (SPWM) to drive the MOSFETs in the bridge topology. Then, filter the output with an LC filter to get the sine wave output.

Hope this helps.
Tahmid.

Thanku Tahmid,

But i dont have knowledge about micro controllers.

If you have the complete working model solution please send me.

I have already viewed the file(Pure Sine wave inverter Based on SMPS) in your profile.

If possible please send me the details of your demo board.

Please share me Schematics and Magnetics information.

Awaiting for your reply

Thanku thamid.
But i didnt find compleet solution in this pdf.

And also i dint understand the operation.what is the mean by carrier wave and what is the purpose of thia.
Please thamid help me.and give me the compleet solution including magnetics drawings.

hi
follow the post #8 as said by tahmid. and chose the components according to your inverter rating

you have to generate SPWM to drive your hbridge, basically u have to encode your sine wave on a carrier signal. the procedure for generaing the SPWM is to compare your fundamental sine wave with high frequency triangular wave(carier wave) . now u have to drive your hbridge with this SPWM.

hii TAHMID
my inverter design is almost complete , thanx for your support.
but i am still facing a problem in the last stage of hbridge i.e output filter, please go through this link
