can someone help me?

Linking design 'cont'
Using the following designs and libraries:
--------------------------------------------------------------------------
tsl18fs120_scl_ss (library) /mnt/smdp/cad_FDK/scl_pdk/stdlib/fs120/liberty/lib_flow_ss/tsl18fs120_scl_ss.db

Warning: Unable to resolve reference 'counter_2bit' in 'cont'. (LINK-5)

Warning: Unable to resolve reference 'pc3d01' in 'cont'. (LINK-5)

I m already given the milkyway reference library in start but when i use command place_opt it will show some warnings.
how we can resolve this?
