Two questions about Eagle.

I have two "simple" questions about eagle.

After the ERC test I have some errors or warning. This is normal.
Exemple : WARNING: Sheet 1/1: SUPPLY Pin VSS overwritten with N$31.
My question is how to find easily this Net in the schematic ?

My second problem is how to convert a schematic or board to a jpeg file ? It's necessary to add in a word file.

1st problem:
Zoom your schematic to fit into the screen, click on "Show", then type in "N$31".
This net will be highlighted

2nd problem:
Menu: File --> Export --> Image (BMP)
then use an external tool to convert BMP to JPG (e.g. ACDSee)
Btw. you can directly import a BMP in Word
