TV card problem: "can not render audio capture stream"

Hi,
When I want to capture TV programs through my TV card the error says:
"can not render audio capture stream".
And I save the programs without audio.
Any suggestions?

if the card was working well before
then try reinstalling all the drivers/ softwares related to CARD

if it not works then simply reinstall windows, it will solve the problem

I've had the problem since I got the card. I have reinstalled the windows many times, but I still have the problem.

which TV card u r using and
what r the specs of ur system

maybe ur tvcard drivers is uncorrect

its the problem with media center version of windows

i too faced this when i tried XP media center for the first time, till then i m using only XP professional version
home version also works alright with most of the TV cards.
i think u should try by changing the windows to Professional XP( u can try by installing just a trial version)
