All,

I have to fault grade a gate level netlist using Syntest Turbofault. In order for the design to function correctly in simulation, I need to annotate sdf to a sub-module within the design.

I know that Turbofault can read in the sdf file for the topmost level in the design hierarchy. However, how can I get Turbofault to read in the sdf file for a sub-module?

If this is not possible could I merely modify the sdf file such that all cell instances are listed wrt the topmost level? Has anybody done this before?
