Tuning range of PIC18F2x/4xK22 HS internal oscillator

I've been unable to find a statement of the range over which the HS internal oscillator of the PIC18F2x/4xK22 can be tuned using the OSCTUNE register. Can anyone help?

The AppNotes spectifically mentions the "... on-board internal RC oscillator." I'll assume this is the same as the oscillator that generates the HS internal frequencies in the 18F2x/4xK22 chip.

Hi,

Have not seen a similar note for the K22 series showing any differences so would assume its the same; perhaps search Microchips site for anything, but it can often be a needle in a haystack job on their site.
