Effect of load capacitor package on crystal oscillator

Hello,

If crystal is of 16 MHz, what is the effect of load capacitor package on it, if its 0402 vs 0603 package?

Hi,

I agree with Tony.

While a bigger package may result in maybe lower ESR but higher ESL ... it has no meaningful effect on a 16MHz oscillator circuit.
