tsmc technology simple qustion

I'm newbie.
I'm using TSMC 0.18um rf design kit and the max. width of transistor is 100um how can use bigger one?
 

What I would do is use fingers.
Make a few transistors in paralledl and short the gates, sources, and drains.
If you extract this type of layout, you will find it creates one transistor with a parameter called NF (number of fingers).
The attached image is an example of this. It`s a bit on the extreme side, since it`s a power amplifier and must be VERY wide.

Edit: P.S. I also recommend using gaurd rings for such wide devices.
