Any one have any script on how Transition Delay Testing or Path Delay Testing is implemented?

which tool u r using for genrating the Transition Delay Testing or Path Delay Testing pattrens.

no tools.. just curious.. do you use Tetramax for this?
 

You can use Tetramax or fastscan.
these tools generate test patterns for TDF based on fault models
