What would you use it for?
I think what you want is a Microwave transistor (right?)
only uWave transistors can operate at GHz freq. range and at higher voltages.
Most discrete transistor can operate at 5MHz.
VCE break down voltage > 50V that you have to chose from data book or vendor.
But seems like one key factor is overlooked:
What is the output power and expected power dissapated in the transistor
so that it would not burn up.
The MPQ6002 can be really difficult to find, but I would consider descrete transistors as replacemant - 2xNPN transistors and 2x PNP (see picture below) ..
You can try:
2N2218 .. 2N2222, BC847, or similar as NPN ..
and
2N2904(5,6 ..), BC557, .. as PNP ..
