anybody know a transistor that can operate at a speed of 5MHz and can output a 50V magnitude???

Re: transistor

Most discrete transistor can operate at 5MHz.
VCE break down voltage > 50V that you have to chose from data book or vendor.
But seems like one key factor is overlooked:
What is the output power and expected power dissapated in the transistor
so that it would not burn up.

Good luck!

transistor

it is use to drive a transducer

transistor

YOU CAN USE A SERIOUS OF KT TRANSISTOR
THOSE ARE VERY POWERFUL TRANSISTOR

transistor

somebody know a replacement for a mpq6002????

Re: transistor

The MPQ6002 can be really difficult to find, but I would consider descrete transistors as replacemant - 2xNPN transistors and 2x PNP (see picture below) ..
You can try:
2N2218 .. 2N2222, BC847, or similar as NPN ..
and
2N2904(5,6 ..), BC557, .. as PNP ..
