hi guys.
i want to design an amplifiler.
i just want a transistor model that support 4Ghz Frequency.
i want this model for ADS to simulate it.
can any one give me the model? tnx.

Not "the" model. A model for a device you have selected for form, noise, power, frequency response attributes can be chased down at the mfr or a CAD platform's library of models (presuming yours provides) or some contrib file-pile like the power supply folks have built up on the LTSpice group on Yahoo.

Pick one and you won't have to wait for someone with a specific recommendation to wander by and drop you that clue.
