Hi,
We have layed a board out for the TPS5401 Buck regulator.
Now its out of stock.
Do you know of a pin-4-pin alternative?

Hi,

for this kind of comparison, especially from a single supplier a compare funtion is offered on the manufaturers webpage.

Have a look

This provides a good initial overview/comparison for more information, you have to have a close look in the datasheet. Especially if you have chosen your initial IC for some specific reasions, which we do not know.

From the table you can see, only the TPS5401 includes an over current protection. Further, theTPS57040-Q1 is available as an automotive rated IC only (indicated by the Q1), which usually comes with a higher unit price.
