torque of servo motor

I am using VS2 servo motor.I wanted to know is there any method how to know torque of servo motor.I have studied its datasheet but servo motor is not giving required as written in its datasheet. I also want to know how could we increase torque of servo motor?
 

Given the correct voltage presumed to be 6V not 4.8v it should provide the stated 3.5KG.
