presently i start working on HDMI

i am searching a good topology of HDMI output driver in 90nm which can work upto 3Ghz
plz help me if u know suitable topology for this hight speed driver with minimum swing of 400mv at worst case at reciever terminating resistor

thnx a lot

I work in HDMI too,but I`m not in designning.
