Hi all,

Which tools can be used for Static Timing Analysis in the circuit?

Synopsys primetime
cadence celtic
mentor SST velocity

there is one more good tools called Timecraft from Incentia. It is second best to PT

Synopsys's primetime may be the best STA analysis tool

both Prime time and Celtic have Static Timing Analysis engine.
For now, Prime time is more popular.
But below 0.13 um, analysis of cross-talk is very important, Celtic is good at that.

Quartz Time of Magma.

primetime is a logic level ,not a circuit level timing analysis tool?

Almost if not all STA tools are doing "gate-level" static timing analysis instead of "transistor-level".

Transistor-level usually involves "simulation". (SPICE-like)
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------

1) Synopsys' PrimeTime/PrimeTime-SI
STA including delay calculator
PrimeTime-SI is doing crosstalk analysis (CCSM)

2) Cadence's CTE(common timing engine)
SignalStorm is its delay calculator. (ECSM)
Celtic is for noise analysis. (.cdb)

3) Incentia's TimeCraft
DO NOT HAVE ITS OWN delay calculator.
